INGREDIENTS

3 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

1 cup sliced almonds

1 cup unsweetened coconut

1 1/2 cups chopped raw pecans

3/4 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup olive oil

1 1/2 tsp salt

Heat maple, oil and sugar to boil.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, and spread in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 300 stirring every 10 min, until golden brown and crispy. 45-55 minutes. Remove from oven and add extra flaky salt if needed.
